Back to school Vegan Almond balls

This perfect back to school quick snack for our kids that is a no bake and only contains three ingredients.
Ingredients:
¼ cup shredded coconut unsweetened
2 1/3 tablespoons almond butter
12 dates. Diced and pitted
Directions:
Prep: 10 mins
Combine and mix coconut, dates and butter together in a bowl. Form mixture into teaspoon-sized balls. Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
